Check Policy
We will accept your personal check with:
- A valid driver's license or one of the following photo ID's: Senior Citizen, U.S. Military, State Issued/Non Driver.
- Your name printed on your check by the bank and your home phone number and address written or printed on the check.
Return Policy
With receipt within 60 days of the purchase:
- We will refund the original form of payment for the original purchase price.
- If paid for by check and returned within 10 days of purchase we will issue a merchandise credit.
With receipt after 60 days of purchase:
- We will issue a merchandise credit for the original purchase price.
Without receipt, with ID:
- We will issue a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price within the last 90 days.
Returned merchandise will be accepted only if unworn, unwashed and in original container or wrappings.
Price adjustments will be given on current sale merchandise with receipt within 14 days of purchase.

- A "Low Price Promise" which matches any advertised price for an item in stock.
- Our "Returns are never a problem at Bob's" policy, which allows customers to shop with confidence.
- Debit cards, cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Travelers Check are accepted.

- Mother/son and father/daughter dressing rooms are available for customer convenience.
- Gift cards are available in denominations of $10, $25 & $50 amounts.
- All customer comment cards are reviewed and receive a response if requested.
